Nearly 1300 people
call Italian Village home. Almost half of the homes located
in Italian Village were built prior to 1939. Italian Village
features older homes that have been renovated or are in
the process of being renovated. CPO has over 30 units
in this historic area. We have recently remodeled units
on Kerr Street and Russell Street. Housing units here
are quite diverse—ranging from single
units to multi-unit dwellings. |
