Franklinton was
the first community settled in Central Ohio during the
turn of the nineteenth century and is home to quite a
few CPO residents. This historic neighborhood suffered
when State Route 315 eliminated the main road in Franklinton
and devastated much of its historical landscape. CPO is
proud to help revitalize this once vibrant area with its
rehabilitation of affordable housing in the neighborhood. |
