Minimum Qualifications for Tax Credit Housing:

  • Earn a monthly gross household income of (3) three times the monthly rent
  • Possess good rental history
  • No utilities in collections
  • All applicants subject to credit & criminal background check

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS FOR SENIOR/DISABLED SUBSIDIZED HOUSING:

  • 62 years of age and above. 55-61 years of age with a disability
  • Possess good rental history
  • All applicants subject to credit & criminal background check
  • Student status restrictions may apply
  • Income restrictions apply


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS FOR MULTIFAMILY SUBSIDIZED HOUSING:

  • Possess good rental history
  • All applicants subject to credit & criminal background check
  • Student status restrictions may apply
  • Income restrictions apply
