Several of these neighborhoods are located in historic districts within the city that have been experiencing revitalization
efforts. CPO is proud to be a part of the
revitalization efforts that are returning these neighborhoods
into the vibrant communities they once were.

We offer two affordable housing solutions to Columbus area residents:
- Townhomes, duplexes and single-family homes with affordable rents. For more information, see the leasing opportunities below and call our leasing office today.
- Project-based Section 8 apartments with rent based on income. Note: There is currently a 6-18 month waiting list for these properties. For information, call our main office at 614.253.0984.

South of Main Homes & Neighborhood House Scattered Sites: South of Main Homes and Neighborhood House Scattered Sites are communities made available through our partnership with Homeport Rental Living. These communities consist of spacious townhomes and apartments located east of downtown Columbus. These homes have been recently renovated and are available for lease immediately. Whittier Landing: Whittier Landing is a new development made available through our partnership with Homeport Rental Living. Bollinger Tower: Bollinger Tower is a 100-unit senior community located in the heart of the Short North arts district of Columbus.
