The Community
Properties Initiative is a low-income housing preservation
project involving seven urban Columbus neighborhoods.
Several of these neighborhoods are in historic districts
within the city that have been experiencing revitalization
efforts. Many of these neighborhoods have roots in ethnically
diverse communities. CPO is proud to be a part of the
revitalization efforts that are returning these buildings
into the vibrant communities they once were.
Roots of cultural diversity
The CPO neighborhoods are rich in history and rich with
community groups who are dedicated to enriching the
lives of those residents living in the neighborhood.
Community Properties has partnered with many of these
local organizations in the revitalization efforts of
the Initiative. All historic buildings that have been
rehabbed were brought to approved historical standards,
maintaining the history and original architecture of
the buildings. Follow the links in the above navigation

(Olde Towne East), Weinland Park, Harrison West, Franklinton,
