Community Properties
of Ohio (CPO) Management Services is the property management
company for the Community Properties Initiative in Franklin
County. In 2003, Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing
(OCCH), an independent, nonprofit Section 42 equity provider,
began a $100 million low-income housing preservation project
to rehabilitate 1300 Section 8 affordable housing scattered
site units in seven urban neighborhoods, focused primarily
around The Ohio State University and near east side areas.
In addition, CPO manages several properties in other locations
throughout Ohio. Community based management
empowering residents
CPO Management Services is a tenant-endorsed, community
based management company that is dedicated to meeting
the needs of residents and the community. CPO links residents
to community resources to help stabilize their lives.
CPO believes in partnering with residents to strengthen
families and communities through supportive service coordination.
Guided by a vision to become a model of affordable housing
management, CPO is investing in changing the physical
and social landscape of our neighborhoods and empowering
residents to lead successful, productive lives.
